Privacy Policy

LifeINDX is a personal life operating system. This policy explains what information we store, how we protect it, and the choices you have during the limited beta.

Information we store

When you use LifeINDX in its authenticated (cloud) mode, we store the information you choose to enter so it is available across your devices and to people you explicitly invite to a shared workspace. Depending on which areas you use, this can include:

• Account and profile details (name, email, workspace membership).
• Financial information (accounts, balances, transactions, budgets, documents).
• Health information (measurements, medications, appointments, providers).
• Travel plans, itineraries, and uploaded travel documents.
• Home and land-development records and documents.
• Personal-planning data (tasks, notes, calendar, goals, activity history).
• Files you upload, stored as private objects.

You control what you enter. If you use the browser-only local mode, your data stays in your browser and is not sent to our servers.

How we protect it

• Data is stored in a managed Supabase (PostgreSQL) database with row-level security, so you and invited workspace members are the only ones who can read your rows.
• Uploaded files live in a private storage bucket and are served only through short-lived, access-controlled links — never public URLs.
• Traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/HSTS). We apply a strict content-security policy and other browser security headers.
• We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising.

Service providers

We use Supabase (database, authentication, storage), Netlify (hosting), and, if enabled, an error-monitoring provider that receives only redacted diagnostic reports (never your financial, health, or document contents). Sign-in with Google is optional.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies required to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, so no cookie consent banner is required.

Your choices & data deletion

You can edit or remove your records at any time in the app. To request export or deletion of your account and associated data, contact support@lifeindx.app. We will action verified deletion requests. See also the Beta notice.
