These terms govern your use of LifeINDX during its limited beta. By using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Beta service

LifeINDX is provided during beta on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. Features may change, be limited, or be discontinued, and occasional interruptions or defects may occur. Do not rely on the beta as your only record of important information — keep your own copies of anything critical.

Your account

• Beta access is invitation-based. Keep your credentials secure and do not share your account.
• You are responsible for the content you enter and for inviting only people you intend to share a workspace with.
• Do not use the service unlawfully, attempt to breach security or access other users’ data, or abuse the infrastructure.

Not professional advice

LifeINDX helps you organize financial, health, travel, and planning information. It does not provide financial, investment, medical, legal, or tax advice, and its calculations are informational only. Consult a qualified professional for decisions in those areas.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you enter. You grant LifeINDX only the limited permission needed to store and display it to you and the workspace members you invite, and to operate the service.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, LifeINDX is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the beta service. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited by law.

Termination

You may stop using the service and request deletion at any time (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend access for abuse or to protect the service or its users.
